Mapeg Uygulaması Gizlilik Politikası
Mapeg uygulamasını kullanmanız nedeniyle kişisel verilerinizi nasıl topladığımız, kullandığımız ve koruduğumuz hakkında bilgi vermek amacıyla bu gizlilik politikasını hazırladık. Gizliliğinizi ciddiye alıyoruz ve verilerinizi korumak için gerekli tüm önlemleri alıyoruz.
1. Toplanan Bilgiler
1.1 E-Devlet Giriş Bilgileri:
MAPEG uygulaması, kullanıcıların e-devlet giriş bilgileri ile uygulamaya erişimini sağlar. Bu bilgileri doğrudan e-devlet kapısından alır ve güvenli bir şekilde işleyerek kimlik doğrulama amacıyla kullanırız. E-devlet giriş bilgileri, kullanıcı kimliğini doğrulamak için gereklidir ve bu bilgileri üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmayız.
1.2 Kişisel Bilgiler:
Kullanıcı adı, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası gibi kişisel bilgileri toplayabiliriz. Bu bilgiler, kullanıcı hesabının oluşturulması, yönetilmesi ve destek hizmetlerinin sağlanması için kullanılır.
1.3 Kullanım Bilgileri:
Uygulamayı nasıl kullandığınıza dair bilgiler toplarız. Bu bilgiler, uygulamanın performansını izlemek, kullanıcı deneyimini iyileştirmek ve hizmetlerimizi geliştirmek amacıyla kullanılır.
1.4 Konum Bilgileri:
Uygulama, aşağıdaki amaçlarla cihazınızın konum bilgilerini toplar:
- Hassas Konum (GPS): Denetim personellerinin sahada ruhsat alanlarını harita üzerinde görüntülemesi, anlık konumlarını takip etmesi ve maden/petrol sahalarının coğrafi sınırlarını doğrulaması için hassas konum bilgisi kullanılır.
- Arka Plan Konum Erişimi: Denetim personelleri saha denetimi sırasında rota takibi özelliğini kullanır. Bu özellik, personelin denetim süresince sahada gezdiği güzergahı harita üzerinde kaydeder. Uygulama arka plandayken (telefon kilitli veya başka uygulama açıkken) konum kaydının kesintisiz devam etmesi gerekir. Böylece denetim tamamlandığında personel hangi bölgeleri ziyaret ettiğini geriye dönük olarak raporlayabilir ve tutanak oluşturabilir.
- Coğrafi Sınır Kontrolü (Geofencing): Ruhsat alanlarının sınırları içinde olup olmadığınızı belirlemek için konum bilgisi kullanılır.
- Navigasyon: Denetim noktalarına yönlendirme için konum bilgisi kullanılır.
Konum bilgileri yalnızca yukarıda belirtilen resmi denetim ve iş süreçleri kapsamında kullanılır ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.
1.5 Kamera ve Fotoğraf Erişimi:
Uygulama, aşağıdaki amaçlarla kamera ve fotoğraf erişimi gerektirir:
- Kamera Erişimi: Saha denetimlerinde tutanak oluşturmak için fotoğraf çekilmesi gerekir. Denetim personelleri maden/petrol sahalarındaki durumu belgelemek için kamerayı kullanır.
- Fotoğraf Galerisi Erişimi: Daha önce çekilmiş fotoğrafların tutanaklara eklenmesi, belge yükleme işlemleri ve resmi evrak süreçlerinde galeriden fotoğraf seçilmesi için kullanılır.
Kamera ve fotoğraf erişimi yalnızca kullanıcının açık izni ile gerçekleşir ve toplanan görseller resmi denetim süreçleri dışında kullanılmaz.
1.6 Bildirim İzni:
Uygulama, kullanıcıları önemli iş süreçleri hakkında bilgilendirmek için bildirim gönderme izni gerektirir. Bildirimler aşağıdaki kategorilerde gönderilebilir:
- Belge İşlem Bildirimleri: Belge onay, iade, red durumları ve belge süreç güncellemeleri hakkında bilgilendirmeler.
- Denetim ve Nezaretçilik Bildirimleri: Daimi nezaretçi atama onayları, heyet istekleri, denetim planları ve saha denetimi ile ilgili bildirimler.
- Ruhsat ve İzin Bildirimleri: Ruhsat müracaat durumları, izin talep sonuçları ve resmi işlem bildirimleri.
- Eğitim Bildirimleri: Eğitim başvuru durumları, eğitim tarihi bildirimleri ve sertifika işlemleri hakkında bilgilendirmeler.
- Ödeme ve Tahsilat Bildirimleri: Ruhsat bedeli ödeme hatırlatmaları, tahsilat onayları ve ödeme süreleri hakkında bildirimler.
- Eksiklik Bildirimleri: Başvuru veya belge eksiklikleri hakkında uyarılar.
- Sistem Bildirimleri: Rota takibi durum bildirimleri, uygulama güncellemeleri ve önemli duyurular.
Bildirimler yalnızca resmi iş süreçleri kapsamında gönderilir. Pazarlama, reklam veya tanıtım amaçlı bildirim gönderilmez. Bildirim içerikleri üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.
2. Bilgilerin Kullanımı
Toplanan bilgileri şu amaçlarla kullanırız:
- Kimlik doğrulama ve güvenlik kontrolleri.
- Hizmetlerimizi sağlamak ve iyileştirmek.
- Saha denetimlerinde rota takibi ve konum bazlı hizmetler sunmak.
- Tutanak ve denetim raporları oluşturmak.
- Kullanıcı desteği sağlamak.
- Yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek.
3. Bilgilerin Paylaşımı
Kişisel bilgilerinizi üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmayız, ancak yasal gereklilikler veya hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın desteği gibi durumlarda gerekli olabilir. Bu durumda, bilgilerinizin güvenliği için tüm önlemleri alırız.
4. Güvenlik
Kişisel verilerinizi korumak için uygun teknik ve idari güvenlik önlemleri uygularız. Ancak, internet üzerinden iletilen bilgilerin tamamen güvenli olduğunu garanti edemeyiz.
5. Kullanıcı Hakları
Kullanıcılar, kişisel verilerine erişim, düzeltme, silme ve işlenmesinin sınırlandırılması haklarına sahiptir. Bu haklarınızı kullanmak için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
6. Çocukların Gizliliği
Mapeg uygulaması, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Eğer bir çocuğun kişisel bilgilerini topladığımızı fark edersek, bu bilgileri derhal sileceğiz.

8. Gizlilik Politikasındaki Değişiklikler
Gizlilik politikamızı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Bu sayfayı düzenli olarak kontrol etmenizi öneririz. Politikada yapılan değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlanacaktır.
Bu gizlilik politikası 16 Ocak 2026 tarihinden itibaren geçerlidir.

Privacy Policy (English)
This privacy policy applies to the MAPEG app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Maden ve Petrol İşleri Genel Müdürlüğü (General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs) (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
Location Data Collection
The Application collects precise location data from your device for the following purposes:
- Precise Location (GPS): Inspection personnel use precise location to view licensed mining/petroleum areas on maps, track their real-time position, and verify geographical boundaries of licensed sites.
- Background Location Access: During field inspections, personnel use the route tracking feature. This feature records the path traveled by personnel throughout the inspection on a map. Location recording must continue uninterrupted while the app is in the background (phone locked or another app is open). This allows personnel to retrospectively report which areas they visited and create official inspection reports when the inspection is completed.
- Geofencing: Location data is used to determine whether you are within the boundaries of licensed areas.
- Navigation: Location data is used to provide directions to inspection points.
Location data is used solely for official inspection and business processes described above and is not shared with third parties.
Camera and Photo Access
The Application requires camera and photo access for the following purposes:
- Camera Access: Photos are required to create official inspection reports during field inspections. Inspection personnel use the camera to document conditions at mining/petroleum sites.
- Photo Gallery Access: Used for attaching previously taken photos to inspection reports, document upload processes, and selecting photos from the gallery for official documentation procedures.
Camera and photo access only occurs with explicit user permission, and collected images are not used outside official inspection processes.
Notification Permission
The Application requires notification permission to inform users about important business processes. Notifications may be sent in the following categories:
- Document Processing Notifications: Information about document approval, return, rejection status, and document process updates.
- Inspection and Supervisory Notifications: Permanent supervisor assignment approvals, committee requests, inspection plans, and field inspection related notifications.
- License and Permit Notifications: License application status, permit request results, and official process notifications.
- Training Notifications: Training application status, training date notifications, and certificate process updates.
- Payment and Collection Notifications: License fee payment reminders, collection confirmations, and payment deadline notifications.
- Deficiency Notifications: Alerts about application or document deficiencies.
- System Notifications: Route tracking status notifications, application updates, and important announcements.
Notifications are sent only within the scope of official business processes. No marketing, advertising, or promotional notifications are sent. Notification contents are not shared with third parties.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at mapeg@mapeg.gov.tr and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (mapeg@mapeg.gov.tr) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
